Qu'est ce que l'ostéopathie
L’ostéopathie est une approche manuelle qui vise à améliorer la mobilité, réduire les tensions et favoriser un meilleur fonctionnement du corps. L’ostéopathe évalue notamment les articulations, les muscles et les tissus afin d’identifier les zones de restriction pouvant contribuer à l’inconfort.
À ma clinique d’ostéopathie à NDG, Montréal, je reçois notamment des personnes consultant pour des douleurs au dos, au cou, à l’épaule, à la hanche, des inconforts liés à la sciatique, ainsi que des problématiques musculosquelettiques associées au travail ou au sport.
Chaque consultation est adaptée à la condition, aux symptômes et aux objectifs de la personne.
